Join us 3 times a week for class on Zoom! Class is rooted in accessible, compassionate methods and influenced by my commitment to intersectional feminism. In group classes you will find patience, humor, and empathy. I offer safe, beginner friendly movements, personalization with lots of options and props, and guided breathwork and meditation.
