Many of us have been stuck in deep cycles of effort, exhaustion, and burn out when it comes to improving our wellness. There is plenty of evidence that proves fad diets, yo-yo weight loss + gain, and extreme work out regimes are actually worse for our longterm physical and mental health. But these approaches still dominate our cultural approach to movement and wellness, making everyone feel worse for not being able to conform to a standard created by a billion dollar marketing scheme.

Homebodies is a four month program for folks dreaming of an embodied, holistic, and consistent yoga practice: an integrative and adaptable practice, free of the rigidity of diet culture, and supported by community. This is an online program, and all sessions and workshops take place via Zoom.
Homebodies combines individual yoga therapy sessions, group workshops, and anti-diet culture goal setting to help you design a personal wellness practice. Read more about yoga therapy here.

February 21: trauma, stress responses, and pain care science
March 21: you deserve compassion
April 18: living + moving as a creative practice
all workshops take place on Saturdays from 3-5 PM ET.
Homebodies offers sliding scale options and payment plans. You might determine which rate you pay based on your income and earning potential, your access or lack of access to financial assets and/or safety nets, the security of your housing, and other factors. By offering sliding scale and 3-6 month payment plans, I hope to meet a variety of income levels, while also sustaining myself as the provider.
