Homebodies is a winter season program for folks dreaming of an embodied, holistic, and consistent yoga practice: a practice that is adaptable to your needs and your schedule; a practice outside of the rigidity of diet culture; a practice supported and inspired by community.
Homebodies combines individual yoga therapy sessions, group workshops, and anti-diet culture goal setting to help you design a personal wellness practice. Read more about therapy hours, scheduling process, etc here.

6 yoga therapy sessions (60 minutes)
4 small group workshops (2 hours)

weekly check ins and support
Homebodies offers sliding scale options and payment plans. You might determine which rate you pay based on your income and earning potential, your access or lack of access to financial assets and/or safety nets, the security of your housing, and other factors. By offering sliding scale and 3-6 month payment plans, I hope to meet a variety of income levels, while also sustaining myself as the provider.
